Pesto Pasta with Grilled Squash and fresh Chives

Prep Time = 20 mintues Serves - 2-3

Ingredients: 

Zucchini

Summer Squash

Olivie Oil

Fresh Chives

Optional* -Parmigiano-Reggiano

Directions: 

1) Fire up the Grill!

2) Prep Pesto Pasta Quinoa Cup per directions

3) Slice squash and lightly oil before putting on the grill. Grill each side about 3-4 minutes until desired texture and grill marks / flavor!

4) Arrange Squash under Pesto Pasta and add fresh diced chives ( or fresh basil or parsley) along with grated parmesan cheese! We recommend Parmigiano-Reggiano if you have access to it!

5) Enjoy with friends!!
