Ingredients:
- 1 Keen One Garden Medley Quinoa Cup
- 2 cups of fresh kale, rinsed, stems removed, and chopped
- 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup of canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 lime, juiced

Prepare Keen One Garden Medley Quinoa cup according to directions on package.

In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with Sriracha and lime juice and set aside.

To assemble your buddha bowl, add quinoa, chickpeas, kale, and avocado to a medium bowl. Drizzle everything with the dressing mixture, sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
