Got a bunch of veggies you want to use up? Say no more! With Keen One Quinoa, these quick spring rolls pack in flavor and freshness easily. We used our Thai Coconut Curry Cup, but many of our flavors work well with these rolls. Also, feel free to use whatever veggies you have. Enjoy!

 

Our Ingredients:

Keen One Thai Coconut Curry Quinoa Cup

Rice wrappers

Chopped fresh cilantro

Chopped perilla leaves

Chopped bell peppers (red and yellow)

Thinly sliced white onions (soak in water for fresher taste)

Sliced avocados

Chopped cucumbers

Sweet and spicy red pepper sauce (works well with peanut sauce as well!)
