Tumeric Wrap with Chipotle Quinoa, Spring Greens and Heirloom Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spring greens
  • 1 heirloom tomato
  • 1 gluten free turmeric and oregano wrap
  • 1 cup Keen One Chipotle Quinoa

Directions:
Cook quinoa cup according to package directions. Rinse off spring greens and set aside. Slice heirloom tomato. Place ingredients in a horizontal fashion across wrap (see picture above) and roll up slowly. Cut wrap in half. Enjoy!
