Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh spring greens
- 1 heirloom tomato
- 1 gluten free turmeric and oregano wrap
- 1 cup Keen One Chipotle Quinoa
Directions:
Cook quinoa cup according to package directions. Rinse off spring greens and set aside. Slice heirloom tomato. Place ingredients in a horizontal fashion across wrap (see picture above) and roll up slowly. Cut wrap in half. Enjoy!
