Ingredients:
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 starfruit
- 1 cup Harissa Red Pepper Quinoa
- Pomegranate seeds to top
Directions:
Heat Olive oil over stove top. Add in garlic salt and chopped kale until wilted. Plate and serve with sliced starfruit and cooked quinoa sprinkled with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
