Kale Salad with Starfruit and Harrisa Red Pepper Quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 starfruit
  • 1 cup Harissa Red Pepper Quinoa
  • Pomegranate seeds to top

Directions:

Heat Olive oil over stove top. Add in garlic salt and chopped kale until wilted. Plate and serve with sliced starfruit and cooked quinoa sprinkled with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
