Steamed Kale Salad with Starfruit and Harrisa Red Pepper Quinoa
Ingredients:
2 tbs Olive Oil
1/8 tsp garlic salt
2 cups chopped kale
1 starfruit
1 cup Harissa Red Pepper Quinoa
Pomegranate seeds to top
Directions:
Heat Olive oil over stove top. Add in garlic salt and chopped kale until wilted. Plate and serve with sliced starfruit and cooked quinoa sprinkled with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
