Quinoa Veggie Platter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Armenian Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 nectarine
  • 2 Tbsp chopped celery
  • 1 Keen One Chipotle Cup

Directions
Slice nectarine into bite sized pieces. Cook Keen One cup according to package directions. Combine all ingredients. Enjoy!
