Keen One Pesto Pasta Cup
Pasta of choice (works great with many types!)
2 cups basil
1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Pesto Pasta Cup. Place basil, nuts, and garlic in food processor then add olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and salt and pepper while pulsing to combine the ingredients. Add to pasta and quinoa. Enjoy!
