🥬 Pesto Butternut Squash Noodles 🍅
Ingredients:
Keen One Pesto Pasta Quinoa Cup
Butternut Squash Noodles (or any other vegetable noodles)
Avocado Oil
Spinach
Tomatoes
Vegan Pesto
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Prepare quinoa cup according to directions
Heat pan with avocado oil
Saute butternut squash noodles until al dente
Add chopped tomatoes, spinach, and pesto to pan
Serve with Pesto Pasta quinoa and salt and pepper to taste
