Ingredients
- 1 cup Keen One Thai Coconut Curry Quinoa
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli 🥦
- 1/4 cup sweet peas while
- 1/4 cup Brussels Sprouts sliced
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/3 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil on stovetop pan and sauté veggies. Cook Keen One cup according to package directions. Combine mustard and turmeric for sauce. Enjoy!
