🌱 Pesto Quinoa Tortilla Pizza 🍕
Little personal pizzas made with tortillas taste just like crispy flatbread pizzas. This pesto quinoa tortilla pizza recipe is super quick and easy! Use any veggies you have in the fridge and add our Pesto Pasta Quinoa Cup for extra flavor and protein!
Ingredients:
Keen One Pesto Pasta Quinoa Cup
Any size tortilla (depends on how big you want your personal pizza to be!)
Tomato sauce
1-2 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/2 sautéed onion
1/4 cup sautéed brown mushroom
1 tbsp avocado oil
plant-based cheese (optional)
fresh basil (optional)
red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Cook quinoa cup according to directions
Wash and chop tomatoes, pepper, onion, and mushrooms
Sauté mushrooms and onions pan with avocado oil and set aside
Heat up both sides of tortilla in pan
Spread thin layer of tomato sauce and add all desired toppings with quinoa
After ingredients are hot and melted, carefully slide tortilla off of the pan, and you're done!
