Ingredients:
Keen One Edamame Sushi Quinoa Cup
1 cup spring mix
1/2 avocado
kimchi (we used young radish kimchi, but any kind of kimchi tastes amazing with the Edamame Sushi cup)
ground sesame seeds
red pepper flakes
Directions:
Prepare Edamame Sushi Quinoa Cup. Add greens, avocado slices, and quinoa to a bowl. Top with kimchi, ground sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes to fit your taste. Enjoy!
