Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 tsp chopped onion
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 vegetable bullion cubes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup cooked black beans
- 1 Cup Keen One Jamaican Jerk Quinoa
Directions:
Add ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
