Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets roasted seaweed
  • 1 cup Keen One Harrisa Red Pepper Quinoa
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spring greens

Directions:
Cook Keen One Cup according to package directions. Lay out the roasted seaweed sheets and spread the quinoa evenly across the surface. Place cucumber slices, spring greens and avocado slices horizontally across the quinoa. Roll tightly. Enjoy! ✨
