Ingredients:

  • 1 Edamame Sushi Quinoa Cup
  • 1/2 can sliced water chestnuts 
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 4 leaves of iceberg or butter lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. of soy sauce


Directions:

  1. Prepare Edamame Quinoa Cup according to directions on package. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.

  2. In a medium pan, cook
