Chipotle Quinoa Plant-based Tacos 🌱🌮
Ingredients:
1 Keen One Quinoa Chipotle Quinoa cup
6 tortillas (corn/wheat)
2 cups black beans
1 cup sweet corn
1 lime
2 Tomatoes
1/4 red onion
1 cup spring mix
1 avocado
Salsa
Salt/pepper/other seasoning if desired
Directions:
Prepare quinoa cup
Cook beans with desired seasoning
Heat up tortillas in either pan or microwave
Add quinoa, beans, and desired toppings to tortilla and add or remove any ingredient you want to fit your taste!
