Ingredients:
- 1 cup Keen One Chipotle Quinoa
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 cup black beans
- 2 cabbage leaves
Directions:
Cook Keen One quinoa cup according to package directions. Chop bell pepper. Rinse black beans. Add black beans, cooked quinoa, and bell pepper to a warm skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lime juice. Place in cabbage leaves and roll up. Enjoy!
