Ingredients:
Keen One Harissa Red Pepper Quinoa Cup
Spring mix
Carrots (shredded)
Red cabbage
Napa cabbage
Cashews
Roasted edamame 
Sesame dressing 
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Prepare quinoa cup according to directions
Add chopped cabbage to spring mix
Add edamame, cashews, and quinoa when cooled
Drizzle sesame dressing and salt and pepper according to taste
